For general maintenance and health, a
daily MSM dosage of ½ teaspoon to 1 teaspoon is

Loading MSM Dosage: When first
starting MSM, the goal is to start with a small amount
and gradually increase the intake. (See chart below)
Most people experience great results within 4 to 12
weeks.
Your pain is gone. Great! You can
decrease the amount by a half-teaspoon a week until you

Dissolve in a small glass of warm water. Chase with
another drink.

Mix
in a small glass of juice. Cranberry Juice, tomato
juice and orange juice all work well to hide the
taste of the MSM.

in a small glass of chocolate milk.

MSM
Crystals dissolves most best in warm liquids. If
mixing in a cold liquid like juice or milk, place
the desired amount of crystals in a cup or beaker
and add 2 to 3 tablespoons of hot water. The
Crystals will dissolve instantly. Once dissolved,
you can add the mix to your favorite cold beverage
to disguise the taste.

personal favorite: Mix the MSM with your morning
coffee. Heat does not affect the properties of MSM
and it blends in quite well with the already bitter
taste of coffee.
